About
Darci has honed and combined her two seasoned talents — skillful change agent and versatile group facilitator. She approaches her assignments with a facilitative lens creatively architecting meetings and conversations that extract the power of a NPO’s collective wisdom. Give her the outcomes you want, the timeframe to work within, the audience and resources to work with, and she’ll craft a group process that gets results.
Darci is not afraid to jump into culturally and politically challenging situations. She brings hands-on practical experience and attention to detail, while also working with the team to keep everyone’s eyes on the bigger picture. She’s extremely insightful, very resourceful and highly energetic.
